Programme description

Camden Clinical Research operates two text message programmes, consented to separately: study alerts, about studies that may match your registry record, and registry news, about the registry and about results from studies our members took part in. Both are registered as marketing programmes.

Neither is a condition of using Camden, of taking part in any study, or of any service. You can hold either, both or neither.

How you opt in

By ticking an unticked consent box on camdencr.com and submitting your own mobile number, on the join form, the message preferences form or the contact form. We do not accept numbers collected anywhere else, bought from anyone, or entered by a third party on someone else's behalf.

The exact wording you agreed to, the page, the date and the IP address are recorded with your consent and can be produced on request.

Message frequency

Frequency varies with what is opening and with your own record. You should expect no more than 4 messages per month across both programmes.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your mobile carrier. Camden Clinical Research does not charge you for messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resume. To stop both programmes at once, or to stop messages without leaving the registry, write to us and say so.

Carriers and delivery

Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and text messages are not a way to reach us urgently.

Privacy

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See the Privacy policy.
