What we collect

What you type into a form on this site: your name, contact details, and the registry information you chose to give (state, how far you could travel, which areas you asked about, any diagnosis you named, and anything you wrote in the free text box).

We also record what we have sent you and how you responded, so that we can tell you later and so that a consent record exists.

What we do not collect

We do not buy information about you from data brokers. We do not add to your record from other sources. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

How we use it

To operate the registry: to search it when a study opens, to contact you about a match, and to answer you when you write to us.

We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time without giving a reason.

Who receives it

The registry team. Sponsors receive counts, never records. A research site receives your name and contact details only when you have agreed to that specific study, and then holds them under its own obligations.

Text messages

If you ticked a message box we hold your number and the exact wording you agreed to. See the SMS terms. We do not sell, rent or share your number or your consent with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it. A registry is only useful if records persist, so we do not delete on a timer.

Your rights

A copy of your record, a correction, deletion, or an end to messages without leaving the registry. Email info@camdencr.com or call (719) 701-8266. We answer within 30 days.

Children

A parent or legal guardian may join on behalf of a child under 18. When that person turns 18 we contact them to ask what they want to do with the record.

Changes

We post the date of every revision at the top of this page rather than saying the policy may change from time to time.
